Christmas this year was spent in Kenya. We were sad to be away from family and friends in the US, but we are enjoying making new traditions with our kids too. The boys are at the perfect age to be ecstatic about Christmas so it is a really fun time to stand back and see the holidays through their eyes. They get so excited about each step. From putting up the tree, to making cookies, to writing a letter for Santa and giving him the cookies and milk, to reading his note that he he left the next morning. And of course, Christmas Day with all the excitement they can barely contain. This is such a great time in our lives and the boys make it so special.
