Happy 3rd Birthday Ethan!!!

Saturday, May 31st was Ethan's 3rd birthday. We had a great day with a big party and all the fixin's. We had a "Cars" party theme and had the house all decked out. There were about 16 adults and 9 children that came to celebrate, and we all had a great time. We had burgers and hot dogs, potato salad, chips, fruit & of course cake. He even had a cake that was in the shape of a car. We asked the baker to make it red like Lightening McQueen, but it turned out pink. Ethan dug into it on his own with a fork, so he didn't care what color it was, he just went to town! He had a lot of fun and enjoyed having all his friends over.

He got some really cool gifts. He got cars, a bubble gun, beach ball, pool toys, Spiderman Flip-Flops, a punching bag, a beach rake, a sand pit, a kiddie pool, a bike with training wheels, and a helmet. He really got some nice things and he will enjoy all the outside toys and not want to come in the house!











It is hard to believe that he is 3 already and he is growing up so fast. It is amazing when you have kids how much faster time flies. It seems like just a few days ago we were bringing him home from Guatemala when he was 6 months old. God has blessed us so much with a wonderful little boy who is sweet, loving, imaginative, smart, creative, funny, beautiful and amazing. I could go on, but I will leave it at that. I'm a Proud Mama, can you tell? He has such an amazing outlook on life and reminds us every day to be excited about the little things and appreciate everything around us. Thank you Ethan for being our wonderful little boy. We look forward to watching you grow up to be the man that God wants you to be. We love being your Mommy and Daddy!
